¿Qué causa este problema?

The Spanish customs authorities prescribe that the name of the
file on disk corresponds to the form INMMYY, whereby you have to
replace MM by the month under review and YY by the last two digits
of the year to be reported.
Thus, the file would be called IN0193 for the report for January
1993.
