¿Qué causa este problema?

The data records that are to be appended do not match with their
grouping type the type of grouping in the existing Customizing:
If the applications in existing Customizing are grouped by folder, then
the applications in the data records to be appended must also be grouped
in folders.
If the applications in existing Customizing are <ZH>not</> grouped by
folder, then the applications in the data records to be appended must
likewise <ZH>not</> be grouped in folders.
