This messagae can have two causes:

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

You implement the call procedure for revenues increasing the budget. In
the call procedure it is not necessary to execute program RFFMUD11
since the budget increase takes place automatically.
You implement the distribution procedure and have not set the indicator
yLS>Increase rule is predefined in the document</> in the settings for
the revenues increasing the budget.
You can only use the program RFFMUD11 to derive the expenditures FM
account assignment automatically from the distribution rule if this
indicator is set.
