¿Qué causa este problema?

Mass deletion transaction FMHIE_DELETE deletes the whole multi-level
budget structure for a specific hierarchy ID. It does not consider
inconsistencies, for performance reasons. However, if the following
scenarios apply to you, you may have inconsistencies:
An address in the multi-level budget structure has remaining budget

An address in the multi-level budget structure has actual posting

An address in the multi-level budget structure is maintained in a budget
address list (transaction FMBSBO)

An address in the multi-level budget structure is maintained in a
posting address list (transaction FMBSPO)
