ledger</> <ZH>&V3&</> forward to the fiscal year &V4&.

A standard fiscal year change using the transaction <ZH>FMJ2</> is the
prerequisite for a new automatic commitment carryforward.
This means that the current program is not able to perform this
automatic commitment carryforward.
