This message indicates that not all application specific preconditions
for deleting the object are fulfilled. However, the retention period has
not been taken into account. Typical preconditions are for example:
No open business exists for this object.
The status of the object allows deletion.
No other objects which cannot be deleted depend on this object.

This object will not be processed any further in this destruction run
and in particular it will not be deleted.
