maintained as part of business partner maintenance. The time-dependent
address uses cannot be used for the releases 4.71 and 4.72 of the add-on
IS-PS-CA because it can cause inconsistency in the data.
The value <LS>1</> is maintained for the constant <LS>FS04</> in the
table <LS>BPCONSTANTS</>.
