¿Qué causa este problema?

In customer exits, the system generates a customer include with a name
derived from the include name of the function module. On reassignment,
this name changes and any existing customer includes thus become
invalid.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Copy the exit to a different function group and, if necessary, tell the
customer to convert to the new exit.
