The following requirements apply to all billing document items that
belong to a substitute group for invoice printing:
All <DS:DE.POSTREL_KK>posting-relevant</> items have the same value in
the <LS>Tax Included in Amount field.</>
All items that are not posting-relevant have the same value in the
<LS>Tax Included in Amount field.</>
