<DS:DE.EXT_TAX_DATE_KK>external tax date</> but the item is not relevant
for tax (that is, not <DS:DE.POSTREL_KK>posting-relevant</> and has no
<DS:DE.PRINT_SUBSTITUTE_KK>substitute group for invoice printing</>).
