IDoc. Either the entry in the IDoc is incorrect or the corresponding
characteristic derivation is incorrectly defined or not defined.

Ensure that your characteristic is also defined as an external
characteristic. If this is the case, then the characteristic name in the
IDocs might be incorrect.
