¿Qué causa este problema?

Moving a job to another run requires changes to two tables and, in some
cases, to job administration. One of these changes was unsuccessful. A
possible reason is that the target run already contains a job with the
same identification.

The function cannot be completed

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check whether there is an entry with the same fields in the target run
as a result of moving the job. If this is the case then move the job in
question to another run.
Otherwise create an OSS message for SAP
