The reservation system should be determined in method
CUSTOMIZE_CATEGORY_RES_SYSTEM of BAdI FITP_TRAVEL_PLANNING, but this was
not possible.
Check whether an active implementation exists for this method. In the
standard system, the implementation SET_CAT_RES_SYS_STD should be
active.
