¿Qué causa este problema?

Removal of travel service from travel plan: &V1&
Before you continue, make sure your travel service has been canceled
from outside of Travel Planning (such as by a call center). Only then is
it possible to remove the service from the travel plan, since otherwise
the booking data needed for travel expenses would be lost.
