The booking record was changed externally at the same time you were
trying to make your changes (for example by an employee in the travel
center or through the confirmation of a reservation).

The booking can not be made. Changes to the travel plan have not been
saved.

Call up the travel plan again, and check the bookings, then make your
changes as required.
