Check your user group's settings for the hotel strategy in table TA20B

Also check the displayable hotel rates for your user group in table
TA02BH (<DS:SIMG.OFTP_DP_001_02>Define display strategy for hotel rates
</>)
Contact your system administrator if the settings require corrections.
