¿Qué causa este problema?

The message is raised only when reference base indicator is selected and
value fields not found.
If the indicator of reference base is selected, the system will use each
individual value field as the reference for distributing the values of
that value field. For example, the field "Revenue" in the reference data
determines how the values in the field "Revenue" of your plan data are
distributed.
