You have specified a <LS>Project ID</> that already exists.
Project &V1& already exists with project type &V3& (&V2&).
Projects with project type &V4& (06) share their maintenance table with
projects that have different project types. In this maintenance table,
an existing project with <LS>Project ID</> &V1& and type &V3& (&V2&) has
been identified.
