¿Qué causa este problema?

The grouping fields have together a length of &V1& characters which
exceeds the maximum possible length of &V2&.
Note that if several fields are used for grouping, these fields will be
separated by a minus ('-') which also increases the overall field
length.
In your case the group id would look like this:
&V3&
At runtime the field names in brackets '<xyz>' would be replaced by
their field values - which is too long.
