You ran a report that tried to access a remote system using function
module &V1& (RFC destination &V2&). The access failed.

Check that the remote system is running and that you can access the
system via RFC destination &V2& (transaction SM59).
Check that the RFC user has sufficient authorization to access the
remote system using function module &V1&. See authorization object
S_RFC.
