¿Qué causa este problema?

The PCEC structure (pre-numbered checks) was not completely filled when
one of the function modules ADD_N_TO_CHECK_NUMBER or
SUBTRACT_N_FROM_CHECK_NUMBER was called up. No further processing is
possible.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the call of the function module in the program if you triggered
it. Otherwise notify SAP, giving details of the error and how it
occurred.
