¿Qué causa este problema?

The SAP customizing for the process to transfer obligation information
from FM into FI using the RFFMTOBL program is set to read obligation
information on a line item level. The implementation to BADI:
BADI_FM_FM2AC flags in the Method FM_FMAC_GET_CTRL_PARAMETER the
parameter E_FLAG_SELECT_ON_ITEM with the value 'X'.

This is not a recommended setting for a productive enviroment even
though the SAP standard delivery comes like that.
