You are using the Funds Management system integrated with the budgetary
ledger (BL) active for FM area &V1&. Postings into the budgetary ledger
require a GL account for each of the budgetary ledger line items.
However, in this case, at least one of the line items in the BL
interface table does not contain a GL account.
