You have tried to write one or more objects to a transport request.
However, object '&v1&' cannot be transported. This can have different
reasons. In most cases, one of the following reasons will apply:
Object '&v1&' is local to the current system (that is, not assigned to a
transportable package).
Object '&v1&' is a customizing object and the system settings for the
current client do not allow transports for this kind of objects.
