¿Qué causa este problema?

You have tried to import table data from a Microsoft Excel file.
However, the cell in row &v1&/column &v2& contains data that does not
match the type of the value in the corresponding cell of the decision
table.
Note that the row number and column number refer to the row and column
in the Excel file, not in the decision table.

Respuesta del sistema

The file cannot be imported. Existing data in the decision table remain
unchanged.
