¿Qué causa este problema?

The system has tried to retrieve a version of object &v1& that was
active at the given timestamp (&V2&). However, for that timestamp, no
active version exists in the database.
This message can occur in different situations:
An active version of an object has been requested with an explicit
timestamp, but no such object version exists in the database.
An object should be activated, but at least one of the referenced
sub-objects is currently not in active version; in this case, the
timestamp is identical to the current system time.

Depending on the current situation, do one of the following:
If you want to retrieve a version that was active at a particular point
in time, check this object's versions to find out for which periods the
system can deliver an active version.
If you want to activate an object with an inactive sub-object, navigate
to that sub-object and activate it.
