¿Qué causa este problema?

The system has determined that in the current object version, more than
&v1& changes have been made. This number is the predefined limit for
change recording. Any further changes that may have been made in this
version are omitted.
The predefined limit of &v1& changes is normally only exceeded if a mass
change has been done to an object (for example, a value shift for all
range checks in a decision table of several hundreds of lines). In such
cases, looking at the first &v1& changes that have been recorded should
be sufficient to give you an impression of the nature of the remaining
changes that have not been recorded.
