¿Qué causa este problema?

The system has found dependent data for the change period, so you are
not permitted to change the data entered in the field.
To ensure that existing data remains consistent, you can only change a
field if no dependent data exists for the period. For example, if
dependent data exists you cannot change planning or make postings.
