¿Qué causa este problema?

You have defined cost center &V1& as a budget-carrying cost center<(>
,<)> and you have specified a <LS>Budget Availability Control Profile
</>. However, you haven't activated <LS>Budget Availability Control</>.
So, cost center &V1& is considered in the <LS>Cost Center Budget Report
</>, but budget availability control doesn't apply. Therefore, if the
budget is overrun when journal entries are posted, no errors or warnings
will appear.
