field.
However, no value has been entered in the <LS>% Increment for Further
Notifications</> field.

Enter a value in the <LS>% Increment for Further Notifications</> field.
Alternatively, you can leave both fields blank. If you do this, no
notifications are sent.
You can also leave the <LS>% of Budget Used before First Notification</>
field blank and enter a value in the <LS>% Increment for Further
Notifications</> field. This increment value is then used, starting from
zero<(>,<)> for the first notification and for further notifications as
well.
