The key fields "Bank country" and "Payment method" were included in the
instruction key table for Release 3.0A (for more information, refer to
the appropriate Release Note).
In your system the instruction key table still contains entries without
a country or payment method.

The instruction keys are to be maintained via the converter program.

Convert your instruction keys by allocating a country and payment
method to each entry. Then call up the instruction key maintenance
function again.
