You want to insert group &V2& into the hierarchy structure. This group
or one of its subgroups is already contained in the hierarchy. The
existing group is &V1&.
&NOTE&
If you do not call up standard hierarchy maintenance through the top
node, the system also checks whether the group to be inserted exists
outside the current subtree.
