¿Qué causa este problema?

The individual text for a correspondence may only be deleted
together with the correspondence request. If an individual text is
not needed in a writing, a text must be created anyway in case of a
correspondence type with individual text. The text must contain at
least one comment line.

No further processing. The original text remains unchanged.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you do not want an individual text in a writing, you can enter
a single comment line in the text, then no individual text is
output.
You can delete incorrect correspondence requests with the
corresponding report.
