If you are using rates for which interval meters are admissible and for
which the <DS:DE.RTPCATEGORY>RTP billing category</> is "01"-<LS>Bill
EDM Profile Values with RTP Interface</>, you must insert a
<DS:DE.MINPROZ>percentage minimum share</>. The system requires this
value to perform a billing simulation using this rate.
