The item &v1& only contains an internal WBS element &v2& and no external
WBS element.

The item cannot be processed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The sender component has to ensure to always send the external WBS
element PS_POSID if this account assignment is required.
The internal WBS element is part of the fix COPA characteristics
(COPACRIT) and may also be filled. However, the external WBS element is
used to determine the internal one as the internal numbering may not be
valid especially if the revenue accounting item came from outside the
system.
Either ensure that the sender supplies the external WBS element
(PS_POSID) or clears the internal WBS element (field PSPNR).
