cannot be combined with an effective date later than the system date.

During contract combination, choose an effective date that meets the
following criteria:
+,,is in an open Revenue Accounting period (see
<DS:SIMG.FARR_CLOSE>Open and Close Revenue Accounting Periods</>)
+,,is not later than the system date (&DATE&)
+,,is not earlier than the latest effective date of a prior change on
the source and/or target contract (see
<DS:NA.FARR_CONTR_LIFECYCLE069>Effective Date of Preceding Change</>)
