You can choose one of the following options:
If the performance obligation is to be fulfilled over a period of time
that starts from a fixed date, you do not need an event type but have to
set the start date type to one other than type 3.
If the performance obligation is to be fulfilled over a period of time
that starts from the date of an event, specify an event type.
If the performance obligation is not to be fulfilled over a period of
time, specify a fulfillment type other than "time-based".
