¿Qué causa este problema?

It is not allowed to combine contracts containing only soft-deleted
performance obligations (POBs), acquisition cost POBs, or bill of
material POBs. To be combined, a contract must have at least one active
POB that is either event-based, time-based, or PoC (Percent of
completion)-based.
