You are trying to perform a reassignment.
However, reorganization plan &V1& with reorganization date &V2& has <ZH>
not</> yet been closed.
Reorganization plans have to be processed in chronological order.

With the standard settings, this message has the type <LS>Error Message
</>; consequently, the reassignment cannot be started until
reorganization plan &V1& is closed.
However, see the section "&SYS_ADMIN&".
