(&V3&) exists for the combination of company code (&V1&) and ledger (
&V2&) and if the <ZK>Started</> status has been set.
No balance carryforward postings are possible for completed migration
plans.

Check the Customizing settings for the migration and, where appropriate,
start the migration for the plan (&V3&).
