If you want to use the business function <AB>FIN_AA_PARALLEL_VAL</>, you
have to activate the Enterprise Extension EA-FIN, and if applicable,
replace classic Real Estate Management with <LS>Flexible Real Estate
Management (RE-FX)</>. To do so, proceed as follows:
Activate the Enterprise Extension EA-FIN (if you have not already done
so).
In Customizing for <LS>Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)</>,
activate the Real Estate Extension. This automatically deactivates
classic Real Estate Management (RE). Make sure that you read the
documentation under <DS:SIMG.REFXV_TIVMIADDON>Activate Real Estate
Extension</>.
Activate the business function <AB>FIN_AA_PARALLEL_VAL</>.
