You have got this error message because either the asset has been
capitalized or it has been reorganized already.
If the asset has just been capitalized, the new time interval must start
after the capitalization date.
If it has been reorganized before, the new time interval must start
after the last reorganization date.

capitalization date or last reorganization date &V1&.
