¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to change a <DS:GLOS.financial_transaction>financial
transaction</> or an <DS:GLOS.item_category>item category</> of a top
commitment item which is already assigned to an FM area. The fields are
not ready for input because a change in the values could lead to
inconsistencies.

These values can no longer be changed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to change the financial transaction or item category, you
must first cancel all assignments in the FM area(s)/fiscal year(s) for
the top commitment item.
