¿Qué causa este problema?

Calculation procedure &V1& is allocated to country &V2&. The
jurisdiction code value is calculated by using an external system for
this procedure. Displaying the possible entries does not make any sense
in this case.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

As a general rule, you should not change the value calculated by the
external system.
Only in exceptional situations (for example, errors in the external
system or something similar) should you change the calculated value.
