¿Qué causa este problema?

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

Respuesta del sistema

It is not possible to maintain this software component as it has not
been registered for programm-based SWC transport. However, generated
programs exist in the system.
There are two possibilities which lead to such a situation:
The registration for programm-based SWC transport has been available
before but has been deleted.
The generated programs have been created in another system and have been
imported.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

In the first case the registration for programm-based SWC transport has
to be maintained again.
In the second case this software component has to be maintained in the
system where the generated programs are originally located. Afterwards
the programs with the changes have to be imported into the current
system.
