¿Qué causa este problema?

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

Respuesta del sistema

The development client &v1& was already set for the software component
&v2& during the previous registrations. You can register a software
component only for one client.
The second registration of a software component with reference to
another client as the development client is denied.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to change the development client for a registered software
component release the transport requests which contain the changes done
in the old client, delete the registrations corresponding to the old
client and register for new the software components you want to change
with reference to the new client.
