If the job manager is not running, go to File Loader Administration
(Job Manager -> Status) and turn on the job manager.

The job manager schedules the jobs (HANA XS classic) to make the files
searchable.
Typical steps are:
Fetch the content of the file (http request for URL), create file loader
destinations for URLs which need system logon or a proxy.
Move the file content to a 'BINTEXT' column on HANA DB (text analysis
will automatically make the textual parts of the file searchable).
