You have attempted to process a move-in/out. No active contract for the
premise entered or the installations determined could be found for the
move out.

Check that you have selected the correct premise and that a move-out
did not already occur or was not already recorded.
If the move-out already occurred, process a move-in instead of a
move-in/out.
