¿Qué causa este problema?

The filter type you have entered is an enhanceable filter type.
The data element it describes is assigned to a domain for which a value
table has been entered. This alue table cannot be used since it does not
have delivery class 'E' (control table, SAP and customer have separate
key areas) or 'G' (Customizing table, protected against SAP UPD, only
INS allowed).

You cannot use this filter type in this situation.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Either uncheck the "extendable" checkbox for the filter type; or choose
a valid enhanceable filter type; or change the delivery class of the
value table to 'E' or 'G'.
