&V1& is an IS-U equipment category and has equipment reference category
&V2&.
The usage history update is activated for equipment category &V1&.
However, you have entered <LS>functional location</> field as not
relevant for history for equipment reference category &V2&. This is not
permissible.

Establish the required settings in Customizing.
Choose one of the following options:
Enter field <LS>Functional location</> (TPLNR) as relevant for history
for equipment reference category &V2&.
Deactivate the usage history update for equipment category &V1&.
If data records already exist in the system for equipment category &V1&
or equipment reference &V2& contact SAP before making any changes.
